Our goal is to offer today’s buyers with more choices yet maintain the architectural integrity and long-term value of the neighborhood.
Here in Edington, every lot is at some stage of planning, permitting or construction. The design team has preplanned where each future model will be built. So, while the model locations and the exterior colors and stone selections of each home are already specified, there are opportunities to customize the inside.
Blackrock’s Urban Series collection has a long, rich list of standard specifications that are built into their base pricing.
Buyers can choose between two types of Presales:
- Select an interior finish package by Blackrock’s design team; Earnest Money is $2,500.
- Choose to visit our design team’s showrooms to select cabinetry, stone surfaces, plumbing, lighting and flooring; Earnest Money is $7,500. A Design Meeting will be scheduled approximately two weeks from finalizing the contract. At this meeting, a second Earnest Money deposit of $12,500 will be required. For selections priced beyond Blackrock’s specifications, any overage will need to be paid in full at the time the selections are finalized. After the initial two weeks from contract acceptance, all Earnest Money and overages are considered non-refundable deposits and are credited to the buyer at closing.
A Presale addendum will be added to the contract paperwork outlining the process and expectations.
