Less than ten homes remain available in Edington, a popular Blackrock Homes’ new construction Meridian neighborhood for homebuyers under $460,000. Since the neighborhood started in summer of 2022, nearly 91 homes blossomed seemingly overnight.
When asked what has made Edington successful, the answers may vary but most would agree that location, quality, price and the low maintenance theme are all desirable attributes. The homes in Edington are from Blackrock Homes’ Urban Series, a collection of designs that highlight low maintenance features such as Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, Quartz countertops, and lawn maintenance through HOA. Of the eight homes remaining, you’ll find:
~ 2 single level paired homes (townhomes)
~ 1 single level stand alone home
~ 5 two-story homes
