Blackrock single level updates, now starting at $394,900

Our next wave of single level homes in Edington is nearing completion and we’re excited to share with you what makes these homes different. Last fall, the design team at Blackrock Homes critiqued the Winslow, Yuma and Kierland floor plans with a buyer’s lens. The objective was to elevate the already livable floor plans in ways that buyers would easily recognize without prompting, and without increasing the price point.

In this new series of homes , you’ll see faux dormers, more exterior trimwork, and in some cases, more stonework. With the interiors, you’ll now see crown molding and wainscoting in the dens, and crown molding in the Master/Owner Suites. This group of homes is along the northwest side of W. Woodchest Street, all with north-facing backyards. On your next visit to Edington, please note these updates when touring homes:

Winslow-attached, 1,346 s.f.: We’re thrilled with the update to the front elevation. There are three different versions of the front elevation and all three now have a dormer added in some fashion. These roofing structures add interest and character, and we are big fans! The other noteworthy update is crown molding in the Master/Owner Suite.

Yuma-attached, 1,309 s.f.: Upon entering the home, it’s easy to see the wainscoting trimwork throughout the den. This detail complements all decorating styles and elevates the space quietly yet effectively. And like the Winslow, there’s crown molding in the Master/Owner Suite.

Kierland, 1,368 s.f.: Our sole single level home checks all the boxes for buyers seeking a smaller layout in a stand-alone structure. Similar to the Yuma-attached version, the Kierland also offers wainscoting trimwork in the den and crown molding in the Master/Owner Suite.
